Groundbreaking Ceremony a Success!

Bridges Clubhouse has been granted by Mental Health America of South Carolina the approval and funding to expand our building, doubling the size and allowing for more clients and activities.  This expansion will allow Bridges staff to more effectively and efficiently provide quality psychosocial rehabilitative services to our clients, and we are so excited!

To celebrate the groundbreaking of the construction, MHA hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on July 28, 2015 to commemorate this huge moment in this Clubhouse’s history.  Clients, staff, board members, and representatives from the construction company attended, and the event was officially documented by The State newspaper.

Below are some photographs of clients, staff, and board members at the event:

Thank you so much to Mental Health America of South Carolina.  Everyone who has been involved in all the hard work to make this happen is really making a difference in the lives of so many people who need our services.  We cannot tell you how much this means to the clients and the staff as well.
